Daycare Centers for Toddlers

The daycare complex in Yavneh comprises two centers for toddlers up to the age of three, each featuring four classrooms—two for infants, one for toddlers, and one for older children. The complex also includes protected rooms, a central kitchen, activity and play areas, an administration room, a playground, and various specialized features for preschoolers, such as unique non-slip flooring and dedicated toilets. Additionally, each daycare center is equipped with its own separate yard.

The daycare centers are constructed from precast concrete, featuring 100% sawn stone cladding. They are equipped with advanced electrical and plumbing systems, as well as energy-efficient air conditioning and filtration systems. Throughout the construction process, M.L.T ensured efficient use of the land by considering natural slopes and implementing innovative solutions, such as creating playgrounds on the building rooftops. The buildings comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Home Front Command, fire services, and local authorities. 

M.L.T produced the prefabricated elements in its own factory, then transported them directly to the construction site, enabling full control over the work process and significantly reducing the project timeline.
