Youth Center in Lod

The community complex in Lod serves as a hub for recreation, leisure, and informal education for youth from the Arab sector, and is conveniently located near the local high school. Spanning over 1,800 sqm, the complex features a large sports hall, a gym, a youth club, studio rooms, computer rooms, and play areas for preschoolers.

The advanced sports hall within the complex, which accommodates over 470 seats, is designed with high-level acoustic and thermal insulation. The building is equipped with fire detection systems, as well as audio, video, and alarm systems, meeting the stringent requirements of the Home Front Command, fire services, and local authorities. Additionally, M.L.T carried out roofing and shading work for the sports hall to protect against solar radiation and reduce heat load.

M.L.T manufactured the prefabricated elements in its own factory and then transported them directly to the construction site. This approach allowed the company to maintain full control over the work process and significantly shorten the project timeline.
