A New Floor in an Elementary School

"Ma'alot Meshulam" is one of the largest elementary schools in the religious state sector. The construction of the new third floor was completed at the end of 2018. This floor, spanning approximately 1,200 square meters, includes nine classrooms, including science and technology rooms, as well as three individual study rooms.

The construction of the new floor at the school was carried out by M.L.T in accordance with the plan approved by the Ministry of Education and tailored to the specific conditions of the designated area. M.L.T fully implemented the requirements of all parties involved in the construction process. High acoustic and thermal insulation elements were used throughout the build, and the finishing works included the design and installation of electrical and air conditioning systems, as well as communication and plumbing systems. 

M.L.T produced the prefabricated elements in its own factory and transported them directly to the construction site, allowing for full control over the work process and significantly reducing the project timeline.
