A Protected Daycare Center in the South 

The educational complex in Kibbutz Gevim features a combined daycare and preschool facility. This protected complex, spanning approximately 460 square meters, includes kindergarten classrooms, a central kitchen, activity and play areas, an administration room, a gymnasium, and an outdoor playground. The facility is also equipped with specialized features for preschoolers, such as unique non-slip flooring and dedicated toilets.  

The combined facility is constructed from precast concrete, featuring 100% sawn stone cladding. They are equipped with advanced electrical and plumbing systems, as well as energy-efficient air conditioning and filtration systems. Throughout the construction process, M.L.T ensured efficient use of the land by considering natural slopes and implementing innovative solutions, such as creating playgrounds on the building rooftops. The buildings comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Home Front Command, fire services, and local authorities. 

M.L.T produced the prefabricated elements in its own factory, then transported them directly to the construction site, enabling full control over the work process and significantly reducing the project timeline.
